Partnership Opportunities for the 2026 Season

Become a Partner Gallery

Become part of a vibrant network of art spaces in Providence brought together by Gallery Night Providence.

Gallery Night is a non-profit that creates exposure to the visual arts in Providence for diverse public audiences through free guided tours and year-round promotion of art spaces and artists. For nearly 30 years, Gallery Night has transported thousands of people to Providence galleries and other art spaces.

By participating in Gallery Night, you'll get these benefits:

  • Boost your gallery's visibility by being featured as a stop on our Pay-What-You-Can guided art tours, which take place on Third Thursdays, March through November. This connects your space with diverse new audiences and potential customers and patrons. In 2025, we brought over 1000 guests to our partner galleries across our nine annual events;
  • Benefit from collective promotion using social media, paid digital marketing, print materials, public relations, and networking events;
  • Connection to our network of public and private galleries, educational institutions, and hospitality, tourism, and arts communities;
  • Drive art sales that sustain our creative community;
  • Help energize the Providence arts scene!

Partner with us! We ask that all partner galleries:

  • Commit to being open 5:30 to 8:30 pm on third Thursdays on the Gallery Nights in which they participate.
  • Designate a staff member as a GNP liaison who will work with us in a timely manner on scheduling, promotion, and feedback.
  • Provide exhibit information (text and graphics/photos) by the 10th of the month prior to Gallery Night (i.e., Feb 10th for March Gallery Night)
  • Complete the Partner Gallery agreement via the website.
  • Cross-promote – including mention on Gallery Night on website and reposting on social media

*If the above requests are not met, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of partner promotion and/or inclusion in programming.

Additional Terms:

  • Gallery Night makes every effort to accommodate scheduling requests made well in advance of each event, with Gallery Night maintaining full discretion on tour time and type (walking, mini coach, trolley).
  • All partner payments are non-refundable.

We'll use this to link to your gallery from our website, newsletter, etc. If you have multiple online presences (website, online store, etc.), please choose the one that you feel best represents your gallery, as we will link back to that site frequently. If your gallery doesn't have a website set up, you can list a Facebook or Instagram account instead.
We may list these on our website. If you don't have consistent hours, you could write something like "by appointment only."
Parking information provided may be included with Make Your Own Tour information on our website, in handouts, etc.
Core Gallery Night hours are 5:30 to 8:30 pm on Third Thursdays, March through Nov. Please let us know if you are open additional hours on third Thursdays, for example, before 5:30 pm and/or after 8:30 pm. This helps us drive traffic (like folks who want to create their own tour) to your space!
