Gallery Night is an evening of pay-what-you-can guided tours and open access to galleries, museums, and art spaces throughout the Creative Capital.

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour begins. Because we often have walk-up guests who are hoping for a limited number of seats, we cannot hold your seat beyond the start time of the tour. That means if you arrive for a 5:30 PM tour at 5:31 PM, there is a chance that we will have given your seat to someone who was on our standby list. Please be early to prevent disappointment.

For tours that leave from The Graduate, we recommend finding street parking in Downtown Providence close by. There are also lots available, the closest being the Biltmore Garage at 51 Washington Street.

For tours that leave from the WaterFire Arts Center, WFAC generously lets our patrons use their lot for the duration of their tours. Thanks, WFAC!

Comfortable shoes and an open mind! Don’t forget that during part of the year our tours can continue after dark, and it can be chillier than one might expect- grab that jacket just in case.

Expect a surprise around every turn! Our most consistent feedback item is that guests’ favorite part about Gallery Night is exploring places they’d never known existed before and seeing art that inspires them.

We recommend using the restroom before your tour departs, available at any of our tour departure locations. Most galleries have bathrooms available, but not all.

Unfortunately, out of concern for the artwork, pets other than service animals are not permitted to join our tours.
