Become part of a vibrant network of art spaces in Providence brought together by Gallery Night Providence.
Gallery Night is a non-profit that creates exposure to the visual arts in Providence for diverse public audiences through free guided tours and year round promotion of art spaces and artists. For 27 years, Gallery Night has transported thousands of people to Providence galleries and other art spaces.
Gain exposure for your art space and exhibiting artists through:
Free Guided Third Thursday Tours March through November (More than 1100 people went on our guided tours in 2023, with at least 5000 people visiting partner spaces on their own on Gallery Night);
Advertising using social media, paid advertising, website, press outreach, print materials, networking events;
Marketing materials for galleries to use, including graphics for each Gallery Night;
Connection to our network of public and private galleries, educational institutions, and hospitality, tourism, and arts communities;
Information about opportunities to participate in additional cultural and art events in Providence
How to become a Partner Gallery:
Please email us at info@gallerynight.org or call us at (401) 484-0726 to let us know you are interested in partnering with us for the 2024 season and to discuss plan options, logistics, and go over any questions.
Please do not send a payment until after you’ve confirmed with Michelle, our Executive Director.
After you’ve paid for your plan, be sure to fill out the signup form, linked down below. We need this information to successfully promote and include your space!
How to pay:
After you’ve confirmed with Michelle, you can sign up for one of our Partnership plans below, either by paying through our website below, or by mailing us a check.
Please note there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee when you pay online through our website that is reflected in the plan price.
If you wish to avoid the processing fees, please make your check out to: Gallery Night Providence and mail to: Gallery Night Providence, P.O. Box 603024, Providence, RI 02906.
We ask that all partner galleries:
Commit to being open from 5-8 pm on Third Thursdays during the season.
Designate a staff member as a GNP liaison who will work with us in a timely manner on scheduling, promotion, and feedback.
Provide exhibit information (text and graphics/photos) by the 10th of the month prior to Gallery Night (ie: Feb 10th for March Gallery Night)
Complete the Partner Gallery agreement via website.
Cross promote – including mention on Gallery Night on website and reposting on social media
*If above requests are not met, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of partner promotion and/or, inclusion in programming.

2024 Partner Plans

With the Bronze Plan, you get:
One Gallery Night tour stop
Mentions/tags on GNP website and social media the month of the scheduled tour stop
By check: $300. Via credit card: $311.
With the Silver Plan, you get:
Two tour stops during our season
Mentions/tags on GNP website and social media the months of the scheduled tour stop
By check: $775. Via credit card: $802.
With the Gold Plan, you get:
Six tours: One tour stop on 6 different nights during our season.
Listed on GNP website, with gallery description and link.
Mentions/tags on GNP website and in social media posts during tour months.
By check: $1100. Via credit card: $1139.
With the Platinum Plan, you get:
Nine tours: One tour stop on EVERY gallery night (9 total) of the 2023 season.
Listed on GNP website, with gallery description and link.
Mentions/tags on GNP website and in social media posts in each of the 9 months of tours.
Priority for additional tours, bonus events on space-available basis.
By check: $150. Via credit card: $155.
This is for Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan partners that want to customize their plan and add an additional night or night(s) during the 2024 season.
