How to become a Sponsor in three simple steps:

  1. Chose your sponsorship tier.

  2. Email our Executive Director Bradly VanDerStad at info@gallerynight.org to discuss the details!

  3. Pay for the partnership electronically via our online fundraising platform Givebutter or pay via check. Checks can be made out to: Gallery Night Providence and mail to: Gallery Night Providence, P.O. Box 603024, Providence, RI 02906.

Season Sponsor — $10,000

This level sponsors all 9 Gallery Nights in a season.

  • Thanked in person at the beginning of every tour every gallery night (more than 1,000 people annually)

  • Prominent listing on website home page and sponsorship page (17,000 plus unique visitors to website annually)

  • Thank you in Monthly Newsletters (Subscribers: 2,940, Open rate: 48%)

  • Social media shoutouts March-November (4,200 IG followers, 4,000 FB followers)

  • Invited to table and/or to leave literature at monthly Gallery Night check-ins

  • Logo listed on map in print  (approximately 125 copies each Gallery Night)

  • Speaking slot at all fundraising and special events

  • 10 Tickets to Gallery Night Ticketed Events

Partial Season Sponsor — $5,500

This level sponsors 5 Gallery Nights in a season (Choice of March - July OR July - November)

  • Thanked in person at the beginning of every tour for five Gallery Nights (average 500 people reached)

  • Prominent listing on website home page and sponsorship page (17,000 plus unique visitors to website annually)

  • Thank you in Monthly Newsletters (Subscribers: 2,940, Open rate: 48%)

  • Logo listed on map in print (125 copies)

  • Thank you in Monthly Newsletter (Subscribers: 2,940, Open rate: 48%)

  • Social media shoutout (4,200 IG followers, 4,000 FB followers)

Single Tour Sponsor — $500

This level sponsors one of our tours on one of nine Gallery Nights

  • Thanked at the beginning of the tour in-person (Average 20 attendees)
