John Hunter Housley studied film and graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design from 1971 to 1977, graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design. Although painting was one of his earliest interests, he worked for 35 years as an award-winning art director and designer, with diverse and varied clients including Brooks Running Shoes, Roomful of Blues and the BBC. John taught typography at Katherine Gibbs and is currently working as a painting teacher.
Alex La Force began taking museum art classes when she was in kindergarten. She went on to a minor in art and architecture in college, and has continued to take art classes ever since. Alex has studied art for most of her life. Where others go to the beach on vacation, she and her husband John visit museums - and have visited collections all over the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. After experimenting with numerous artistic media, she prefers acrylics and photography, often using her photos as the basis for a painting. In her photography, she looks for the abstract in everything she sees. She has exhibited her art and photography at the Mystic Museum of art, South County Art Association, Wickford Art Association, and the Spring Bull Gallery in Newport.

Andra Renzi is a self-taught artist with no formal art training. Being born with this gift, her art helps her escape from the reality of seeing the world through the eyes of others. She finds inner peace through her art. Her other interests are knitting and crocheting as well as higher learning. She believes one can never learn too much. She is in the dissertation stage of her double doctorate degree. Upon graduation, she will have a doctoral degree in Criminology and a second doctorate in Sports Enhancement and Performance.
