Tibetan Buddhist Singing Bowls @ Peaceable

The Peaceable Kingdom Presents

The Art of Sound: Tibetan Singing Bowls

A performance with A. Michele Hogan will take place during the opening reception on March 15th for Gallery Night

Tibetan Buddhist singing bowls, tingshas and gongs, Indian Noah Bells and chimes, Indonesian Capiz shell chimes…..let the resonance warm you as we welcome spring and relax out of the cold, wintry months.   Join our “Tibetan Singing Bowl Circle” led by A. Michelle Hogan who has been leading sound meditations throughout southern New England for 15 years.  Her sound techniques draw from extended study with Zachiah Blackburn (Sound Healing), Master Drummer Issa Coulibaly, and Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux.

Combining sounds of gongs, singing bowls, drums and flutes, A. Michelle supports harmonic attunement for body, mind and spirit.  She has been in the music business for 25 + years and is one of the founders of Big Noise, an international music production and artist development firm. Enjoy sounds and snacks.
